Which box and material should I pick?
Pick the box style that fits your product:
- Open top, folding bottom flaps → Half-Slotted Box
- Open tray, ends lock in, no glue or tape → Locking Tray
- Base plus a lid that slides down over it → Two-Piece Telescope Box
- One-piece mailer with an attached tuck-in lid → Hinged-Lid Mailer Box
- Base and lid with locking double walls, sturdier than a telescope box → Two-Piece Locking Box
- Counter display, tall back and low front → Retail Display Tray
- Eight-sided gift box with an attached lid → Octagon Gift Box
- Your own die-line → Custom Packaging from DXF
Materials: kraft, E-flute and B-flute corrugated board, and related specialty boards. Tell us your preference when you request a quote and we will confirm what is available. More on our Material Guide.
The flat blank (the box unfolded) must fit within 24″ × 32.5″. No minimum order. Ships in 1 week.
How to measure
- Measure the inside length × width × height your product needs. Add clearance for inserts or foam if you use them.
- Two-piece boxes: give the inside size of the base. We size the lid to fit.
- Retail Display Tray: inside length and width, plus back height and front height. Octagon Gift Box: flat-to-flat width and wall height.
- Custom outline, window or insert? A DXF is best. Use Custom Packaging from DXF.
- Prefer a quote by email? Send your dimensions and quantity to contact@alltheboxes.com. A photo or sketch helps if you are unsure.
