What do you make? Custom boxes, trays and mailers, cut and scored to your size.

Which box styles can I order? Locking Tray · Half-Slotted Box · Hinged-Lid Mailer Box · Two-Piece Telescope Box · Two-Piece Locking Box · Retail Display Tray · Octagon Gift Box.

How do I get a price? Open a box style, enter the inside size (L × W × H) and quantity, and the quote tool shows the price. For anything else, email contact@alltheboxes.com.

What board do you use? Cardboard 1/16″. See the Material Guide.

Is there a minimum order? No. You can order a single box.

How quickly do orders ship? Most orders ship in 1 week. Each order is cut to your size.

What is the largest box you can make? Each box is cut as one flat blank, and the blank must fit within 24″ × 32.5″. Two-piece boxes are cut as two blanks, and each must fit. The finished box is smaller than the blank; the quote tool checks your size.

Can I send a DXF? Yes, for custom outlines or windows. See Custom Packaging from DXF and the Measuring Guide.

Do you ship in the US? Yes, we ship across the US.

Are custom boxes returnable? No. Each piece is cut to your size. If we make an error or something arrives damaged, email us and we will review it.
